• Oil pressed from Toasted Hazelnuts with the strong, decisive and persistent taste of toasted hazelnuts that goes well with meat dishes (especially roasts, wild game, steaks, poultry, etc.), aged cheeses, sweets of all types, soups, special sauces (also in combination with olive oil), fruit, vegetables (“pinzimonio”), and many others.
  

• Oil pressed from Raw Hazelnuts with its sweet, delicate taste and very special hazelnut aftertaste. It goes especially well with fish dishes and those with raw meat, fresh cheeses, soups, raw vegetables, and is very good in sauces such as mayonnaise and for “pinzimonio”, as well as may other uses.
  

• NOCCIO CIALDA, the pressed solid part of the Hazelnuts that remains after extraction of the oil, a completely natural, low fat product that is useful for making delicious breads, pastas, cookies, bread sticks, tortes and other sweets, etc. (Useful also for yeast or baking powder leavened products when combined with other flours such as wheat).
